ATEX has a flexible system that can coat extrusion, flat panels and 3D products.
  • Extrusion up to 21' long
  • Flat panel 4' wide x 20' long x 18" high
  • 3 D-4' wide x 20' long x 18" high
 
Capacity:

Our VIV 901 system is designed to run 180' of extrusion in a single run. We can average over 3000' a shift.

Flat panels and 3D panels vary in run time based on the heat transfer of the part.

Our powder coating is provided by our sister company, Advanced Finishing, USA . AFUSA is ISO Certified and has been providing quality powder coating for over 30 years.
